If you don’t use your full allowance in any agreement year it does not roll over year on year. Instead you are given a fresh allowance for each new agreement year.
If you use your full allowance in any agreement year and require more repair works you will be quoted for all additional needed to repair the roof.
If you move house simply advise us of your new address and we will carry out a survey free of charge. Upon qualification we simply change your address on our system and you can keep your plan going as normal.
Yes you can cancel your plan hassle free at anytime once your 12 month contract is over.
MyRoofCare will rolls on a 12 month contract automatically renewing after each period.
Leaks happen from time to time, especially with the typical UK weather. MyRoofCare should prevent this but in the unlikely event this happens you are seen as a priority customer with 24/7 response. Simply call 0800 111 4587 to report your issue.
If our surveyors discover major issues with your roof upon initial inspection we will notify you immediately. You will be provided with a detailed survey report with photographs of our findings and a full quotations to remedy the roof for qualification.
Your agreement will start after your roof has passed the initial inspection.
MyRoofCare is paid by monthly subscription. We also accept monthly direct debits and standing orders.
Commercial properties can include access restrictions and often cover a larger area than most residential properties.

Your repair allowance covers everything from tiles/slates, ridges, soffits, gutters and labour charges.
MyRoofCare gives you complete peace of mind and includes 2 annual maintenance inspections and gutter cleans + up to £500 repair allowance each year. Commercial properties may differ.
